Return Policy

We accept return of products if you receive products in a damaged or defective condition, in wrong size, wrong color, wrong quantity or significantly different from the description given by the seller for the product/s you ordered.


We have a 48 hours return policy which means that you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the products by you. You can request a return via email at customercare@Spingain.com or over phone at customer care number 0172-5080604 (Between 10AM to 7PM, on working days from Monday to Saturday). Alternatively, you can also submit a ticket in 'My Account' section of your registered account at www.spingain.com.


Please note that replacement is subject to availability of similar products stock with our seller, exchange may be possible only for Apparel and Footwear. In case a replacement cannot be made by us, we will initiate a full refund.


Spingain has a quick pick-up facility in most of the cities. However, there can be a few exceptions to this depending upon the shipping address and the nature of the product. To know whether pickup is available from your shipping address, you can call our customer care number at 0172-5080604 or write to us at customercare@Spingain.com. In case we are unable to collect the returnable product from your address, our customer care executive will tell you the address where you have to send the courier. You will be required to courier the product to us & should reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags including the box, manufacturer's packaging, if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items).


If you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We will reimburse the courier freight charges @ Rs. 50 per 500 gms weight of the product package of your order (minimum of Rs. 70 & maximum of Rs. 500), inline with actual weight of the returned product. The refund of courier freight charges, if applicable, will be paid through cheque in favour of the 'billing name' provided at the time of placing the order. The courier charges will be reimbursed only after receipt of the product by our seller.


Please note we will not be able to accept the return if request for the return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you, product is used/worn, altered, washed or ironed, damaged after use/opening, exhibits physical damage, is returned without original packaging, freebies, missing manufacturer tag and accessories or Serial Number is missing or tampered, any consumable item which has been used or installed, any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.


However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the seller does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits, vests, briefs, trunks, socks, mittens, wristbands, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, fashion accessories, freebies, furniture, bullion, precious jewellery, remote-controlled toys and their accessories and any free/complimentary items received along with the main order etc and perishables including flowers, edible products also cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.


The products cannot be returned if the reason for return is other than "defective" or "damaged". However, if any manufacturing defect or damage is reported to us after 48 hours, we would need a DOA certificate/replacement certificate from the respective Brand's authorized service centre to initiate the refund process. Without the DOA certificate/replacement certificate we will not be able to process the replacement or refund. Further if the buyer does not take the delivery deliberately then he will be held liable to reimburse the company for the handling, delivery and return charges.
