Delivery & Shipping Policy

At spingain.com, we provide world class shipping to all our customers that includes inspection, top quality packaging, fast and on time delivery. The shipping charges on your order, if applicable, would reflect on the shopping cart/ payment page before your order is being placed on website.


Each of your order will be processed within 48 working hours. Generally order will arrive within 5 working days of placing it. Rarely, some areas or products may take a little longer. The reason this could happen is if a product fails quality check while being packed, we try to source a replacement instead of shipping out a sub-standard quality product. Sometimes, heavy items may need to be shipped by ground surface and therefore, take longer to be delivered. You may track the shipping status of your order on the courier service provider website.


Your order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.


If you believe that the product you received is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately contact us at customer care or write an e-mail to customercare@spingain.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. You also have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting us at customer care.


Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may log on to submit your request at Contact Seller, or write an e-mail to customercare@Spingain.com mentioning your order & invoice reference numbers.


If you are not present when our shipping or courier partner attempts to deliver your order, he will attempt to reach you via phone call or SMS. We request you to receive calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will be automatically made within 24 hours, after which your order will be returned.
